Indiana individual income tax booklets will not be available from the library this year. There are a few ways you can get your copy:
- Go to the official Indiana tax forms website and print the forms you need.
- Call the state at 317-615-2581 to have the forms mailed to you.
- Make an appointment to visit the library and copy the forms from our master booklet. The first 5 pages you copy are free and each additional page costs 10￠

Federal forms are not yet available as of January 14. Forms are expected to arrive beginning in late January/early February.
