How to exhibit
Mary Bishop Gallery Exhibits are booked in one month increments. There is 108 feet of wall display space to be used by one or multiple artists and three glass display cases to be used by different artists. This setup allows for two or more displays in any given month.
Artists may contact the gallery coordinator to request the opportunity to book an exhibit. All work must be framed with a wire on the back for hanging. Exceptions include mounting on foam core with an acetate covering and wire on the back.
When the artist and gallery coordinator reach an agreement, a letter of confirmation is sent to the artist containing the reminders of time and dates of when their work and personal biographies, price and title lists are due. The gallery coordinator places the exhibits.
The Library will be happy to sell the artist’s work during their exhibits. The Library Board asks that each artist donate 20% of sales to the Library.
Please contact the coordinator at 765-362-2242 ext. 103 to book an exhibit or gain more information.
