CirculationCirculation is where you check out items, return items, renew items, get a card, place a hold, register for homebound services, reserve a meeting room, and more. Circulation also helps you with meeting rooms reservations.
Children's Services Children's services hosts a variety of regular storytimes and activities, as well as special programs for kids and parents.
Young AdultYoung Adult services provides a space that invites teens to socialize, study, and find books, graphic novels, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines especially selected for teens.
Young AdultThe Carnegie Museum promotes public awareness and appreciation of the history, heritage, and culture of Montgomery County. Admission is always free.
StacksReaders Advisory can help you decide what to read next. Read reviews, get recommendations, or join a book club. You don't need a library card to join our book clubs.
ComputersInternet access is available via log on (library card + password, or guest pass obtained at the Circulation desk) or via free wireless connectivity throughout our building for users with wireless-enabled laptops or other mobile devices. See our Internet Acceptable Use Policy.
GalleryThe library presents monthly art exhibits in our Mary Bishop Memorial Gallery, located on the first floor. Multiple artists are usually on display at one time.
Interlibrary LoanIf the Crawfordsville District Public Library does not own the book or have the article that you need, we can attempt to borrow it from another library through our Interlibrary Loan service. This service is free, supported by the Friends of the Library.
Friends of the LibraryThe Friends of the Library organization is composed of local citizens with special lend support to all types of learning whether it be for children or adults, or whether it be in the form of books, videos, or cultural events.
