This year's exhibit is How Does It Work? This interdisciplinary exhibit of history and science, created in conjunction with Tuttle Middle School students, will run through the end of 2013. Featuring over 45 displays created by the students, this exhibit explains how many common, and some not so common items function. There are many hands-on activities for all ages!
A professor of Biology at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, Greta Binford specializes in Arachnology, the study of spiders. Greta graduated from North Montgomery High School in 1983. The Carnegie Museum is featuring Greta and her work in the Museum during the 2013 season. The exhibit will focus on Greta, her general field of Biology, and her specific research on spiders.
